Åsa Carlsson has served as the Head of the International Relations Office at KTH since 2013 and as the Key Liaison Officer (KLO) for Unite! since 2024. She has been the International Coordinator responsible for student exchange activities in Civil Engineering and Urban Management from 2000 to 2009. In 2009, she assumed the role of Administrative Operations Manager in the Department of Real Estate and Construction Management. Her current role is Head of the International Relations Office.

Since its inception in 2019, KTH has been an active member of the European university alliance Unite! In addition to her responsibilities as Head of the International Relations Office, she served as Deputy KLO from 2022 to 2024 and, as of May 2024, has taken on the position of KLO.
