Franz Bruckert is the Unite! key liaison officer for Grenoble INP –UGA and UGA since 2022. He has been a full professor of biophysics at Grenoble-INP since 2003.

He is working in the Laboratory in Materials Science and materials for biological engineering. His current main lines of research are the study of protein-materials interaction using biochemical and biophysical methods and the development of point-of care devices using micro-magnets. He has published about 70 articles in scientific journals and has supervised or co-supervised 15 doctoral theses. 

He is teaching molecular and cellular biology at Grenoble INP-UGA Phelma, in the Biomedical Engineering track and in the Nanoscience and Nanotechnology master program. He is in charge of the internships, in relation with the companies.
