Heidi Roßmann has a qualification as an industrial business management assistant. She has worked as a commercial employee in the textile industry, in a mechanical engineering company and in an NGO. 

She has been working at TU Darmstadt since 2010, and since 2015 in the International Affairs Department as assistant to the Head of Department and since the start of Unite! in 2019 as Office Manager of the Unite! Secretariat.
