Minna-Kaarina Forssén joined Aalto University as a KLO in 2022. She has extensive experience in various leadership roles across academic, public, and private sectors. Throughout her career, she has worked e.g. as a project manager, director, board member, EU Evaluator expert and entrepreneur with a strong focus on change management. Her academic background is in Industrial Management, and she worked as a researcher and postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management as well as in Computer Science at the Helsinki University of Technology (now part of Aalto) from 1991 to 2004.
