IDEA Talks is an engaging podcast featuring in-depth conversations with Unite! members and guests, focusing on critical topics of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility – collectively known as IDEA issues.
These discussions aim to inform, raise awareness, and promote the sharing of tips and best practices. Above all, they seek to break taboos and highlight the importance of these issues within Unite!.
This podcast was officially launched at the XI Unite! Dialogue in Barcelona, with its debut episode centered around the theme of Belonging. In this episode, Hanna Liisa Hakala from Aalto University and Inesa Shahakyan from Grenoble INP - UGA explore the concepts of belonging and community within Unite!, alongside guest speaker Danielle Taylor, Associate Professor of Management at the University of Paris 1, Panthéon-Sorbonne, and recipient of the 2023 Grenoble Alpes University Best PhD Thesis Award.
