The XIII Unite! Dialogue will be hosted by Politecnico di Torino, Italy, from 9 to 12 February 2026.

Over 300 participants from across the nine Unite! partner universities  will gather for the XIII Unite! Dialogue in Torino. This edition of the Unite! dialogue’s theme is "From short-term E+ project to long-term alliance. Contributing to EU competitiveness". The XIII Dialogue will focus on Unite! future and prospects, featuring strategic meetings for its governing bodies, SURE! students and working groups. The programme includes plenary meetings and parallel discussions specifically dedicated to Unite! future, where participants will discuss and collaborate on long-term strategies and upcoming funding opportunities. Community engagement will be emphasised through social activities, and dedicated dinners-most notably the traditional Unite! Dinner Party. Parallel Unite! Widening and aUPaEU meetings will also be included.

The highlight of this edition will be the Future Vision plenary sessions. They are sessions are forward-looking strategic discussions aimed at sharing the ideas and views of the whole Unite! community on the medium- to long-term role of our Alliance (i.e., within the horizon of the next framework program 2028-2034) in the evolving landscape of European and global higher education.

To that purpose, the Future Vision plenary sessions will be organised with short teaser speeches followed by fishbowl discussions for each of the addressed topics. Particular attention will be given to the present and possible future contribution of Unite! to the competitiveness of the European Union, identifying the areas in which the Alliance is making/could make a concrete and distinctive contribution at European and international level.

All members of the Unite! community are strongly encouraged to participate in all Future Vision plenary sessions.
