The EAIE is considered the most important European higher education fair in Europe.
The 33rd Annual EAIE Conference and Exhibition is taking place from the 26th until the 29th of September in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Unite! is present with its own stand within the EAIE Exhibition. Our presence at the conference has attracted the interest of many higher education stakeholders.  Since Wednesday all the Unite! KLO’s have been organising themselves to host the stand in order to represent our alliance. Most of the curious visitors to the stand are mainly interested in forging new partnerships with our alliance

The EAIE is considered the most important European higher education fair in Europe. Until Friday, this congress will bring together more than 6,000 professionals in the sector and more than 240 exhibitors representing over 50 countries and a wide variety of higher education institutions, service providers and other sector stakeholders. This is the perfect place to connect with our European partners and forge new partnerships for Unite! Unite!, in addition to creating a network with other universities, are also an essential element in creating new areas of collaboration between all actors in the territory and at the same time projecting this entire local fabric to the European and international level.

Under the slogan 'Connecting Currents', this year's fair emphasises the role that international higher education plays in actively connecting 'currents' of thought, areas of specialisation, disciplines and diverse cultures. From virtual learning to climate action, multilingualism to geopolitics, the currents we navigate as international educators are fast-moving and unpredictable, exciting and important. For this reason, the EAIE becomes the best meeting point for Unite! to present its innovative solutions and learn about the new trends for higher education.

The conference started on Tuesday 26th with the opening plenary, followed by more than 45 sessions through the day and the Expert Community networking events. The high point of Wednesday’s programme was the official opening of the EAIE Exhibition.
