We need structural changes and a change of culture in order to advance gender equality, as Unite! we are convinced that diversity is a treasure, helping us in shaping the future.
In our society we need structural changes and a change of culture in order to advance gender equality, to appreciate the diversity and to recognise the potential of all.
As a university alliance we strive for playing an active role in this change. We are initiating and leading changes in our own universities. Our examples and inspirations shall radiate to our partners in society, in economics and in politics.
As partners in Unite! We work across disciplines and regions, we learn from each other, from diverse perspectives, from experiences, from best practices at our universities and our interlinked ecosystems.
As a European university alliance we contribute to make European values tangible to our students, researchers and staff.
