The workshop is aimed at individuals from university communities (faculty and administrative staff) who collaborate with other entities and institutions.

The coordinating team of the European project aUPaEU, led by Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya-Barcelona Tech (UPC), has organized the virtual workshop "Introduction to the concept and implementation of Agora," targeting individuals from university communities (faculty and administrative staff) collaborating with other entities and institutions. The main objective of Àgora is to strengthen this collaboration, especially in the fields of research and education, by promoting their digital transformation through specialized acceleration services. Àgora platforms facilitate access to all information while applying artificial intelligence (AI) systems.

This informative session, to be held virtually, is scheduled for January 26, 2024, at 10 a.m. "Throughout the workshop, we will have the opportunity to unveil all the details of the Àgora platform and its operation, presenting the Àgora developed for the Unite! alliance to which UPC belongs", explained Professor Jesús Alcober of UPC, the main coordinator of the project. According to Alcober, these platforms, with AI support, "can build and deploy acceleration service models for similar organizations, ensuring the sharing of the collective experience of European higher education institutions, networks, university alliances, and their umbrella organizations."
