Agora Hands-On Training Session for the Unite! Community
As the Unite! Agora platform continues to support a growing number of activities across the alliance, including training actions, staff weeks, event registration, surveys, participant management, and data collection, we are organising a practical hands-on session to help users better understand and use the platform effectively.
The session will provide a collaborative and informal space where participants can:
- Explore the main functionalities of the Unite! Agora
- Learn through practical examples and use cases
- Discuss common challenges and good practices
- Ask questions and exchange experiences with other users
- Better understand how the platform supports collaboration and coordination across the alliance

Proposed Agenda
1. General Introduction and Examples of the Unite! Agora (15 min): Overview of the platform, key functionalities, and examples of current use cases across Unite! activities and projects.
2. Events Management (30 min): Creating and managing events, registrations, participant communication, attendance tracking, and related workflows.
3. Catalogues (30 min): Structuring and managing catalogues, resources, and service information to improve accessibility and collaboration.
4. Showcases (15 min): Presenting projects, initiatives, and success stories through showcase functionalities and dissemination tools.
5. Other Functionalities (30 min): Introduction to additional tools and features such as email marketing, Survey, feedback collection, and other practical modules.
