Unite! Networking Hub (Session 5) | Networking and mentoring for administrative staff

Universities are complex and continuously growing and changing organisations. Thus administrative staff depends to a high degree on up to date information and a supportive network for solving upcoming tasks. We founded SekretariaNet and have developed it over more than 15 years into a vital support. We would like to share with you our experiences on motivating colleagues, good starting points and how to keep going without exhausting committed networkers.

Alliance interested to learn about SekretariaNet, developed at TU Darmstadt, and to share experiences on how to cope with these challenges.
